I do not see any good references made to your practices on your website and from your blog, I have my doubts about the professionalism of your practice. 		<description>Youth and older experience have no limitations now or in the future.  Neither one on their own can reach the goals in todays work force time after time.  Yes, each can win many battles, but the goal is to win the war in the national or global market place.  As we all know business is global and being so requires both new and old working together and learning together to move forward in todays global market.  I am a baby boomer.  I find working with youth keeps my mind competitive, and our experience helps launch youth even more rapidly than they could ever expect on their own.
If we work together we will only succeed.</description>
