		<description>I saw this when we were recuriting a Mechanical Engineer back in 2008. 

I had a resume given me for comment (the hire decision was my boss - a civil). 

I read it. 

It had lots of great verbs, and I didn&#039;t know what the man had done!

I sent it back, with a request to see more of what the fellow had done (the verbs were good enough to get this out of me). 

He forwarded a much better resume. One that made it clear what he had done, and who he was. I thanked him, but he wasn&#039;t who we were looking for (but we both knew that now).
